I hate the gym.

And not in a cute way, because I’ve spent years doing everything else to avoid going: aikido, indoor rock climbing, aerial silks, pole dancing, and pilates (which I admit is gym-adjacent; I just think of it more like stretching). I would rather walk 8 miles than run around the block. True story.
Do any of those, and your body has opinions about it afterward. You feel it constantly: the soreness when you sit, cough, or laugh too hard. The bruising that feels sexy at first until you realize it’s a conversation starter, and not always the good kind. The dry skin you can’t do anything about, because moisturizing before pole is how you slip. The heat rash from lotion that’s too heavy on a warm day. The list gets long. You get the idea.
So you research. You hear things. You strike up conversations about what people are actually using: what worked for what it was for, whether you’d
rather have preservatives with the vitamins and botanicals or go natural without them, what smelled like a candy shop and what smelled like a cozy night in. And most importantly, whether it’s easy, because I am a naturally lazy person.
So, ideas formed. Lots of trial and error, and most of it was error. Lots of rubbing alcohol. And lots of time, questions, and research.
These are the products I use. It’s not everything, because I don’t want to be everything. I believe in staying in my lane, and some products out there are already superb and don’t need another one on the market.
quality ingredients. small comforts. minimal effort.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
