Timing

Orders ship in 1-3 business days. USPS usually takes another 2-5 days to get there, so figure 3-8 business days door-to-door. Longer around holidays.
You’ll get tracking when it ships.

Addresses

Double-check your address before you order. If it’s wrong and the package goes to the wrong place, that one’s on you. Catch it early and email us—if it hasn’t shipped yet, we can still fix it.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If you don’t have it within 5 business days, something went wrong. Tell us.

When Things Go Wrong

• Delays happen. Weather, carriers, whatever.
• Lost or damaged? Tell us within 14 days. Photos help if it arrived damaged.
