Returns

We can’t take returns. Once something’s left here, it can’t go back on the shelf—that’s personal care generally, not a rule we invented.

If something’s wrong, that’s different.

• Arrived damaged: send photos within 14 days. We’ll replace it or refund it.
• Wrong item: tell us within 14 days. We’ll send the right one.
• Your skin reacted: stop using it and tell us. We'll refund you. If it's bad, please see a doctor—we’re not doctors and can't advise on that.

Before you buy

Every ingredient is on every label. Read them if you have allergies, and ask if anything’s unclear. If a product isn’t right for you, we’d rather say so than sell it to you.
